The loop lock system allows the wearer to easily adjust the length of the strap from a carrying to a snug viewing position. It has an elastic cord that goes around the users back keeping the binoculars tight to the chest when not in use. The elasticity of the cord allows the binoculars to come up to viewing level while the tension aids in the steadiness of the hold.
